The PortalPersonAccountId is an integer field in the AccountEntitlement table which holds the value of the related Portal Person Account, if any. This value is used to uniquely identify the Portal Person Account associated with an AccountEntitlement object, and will be used to look up and reference the Portal Person Account during application operation.
